Description
Get a full hour of one-on-one tuition with one of New Zealand’s top EcoBalloon artists, Charles Dolbel. Charles has been teaching balloon art to beginners and professionals for over 20 years.
As this is one-on-one, this can cover almost any technique or design, not being sold/taught by other teachers.
- Minors must be supervised at all times by at least one adult during the entire session.
- Additional hours can be purchased.
